Hi there,

I have an overseas buyer who is looking to buy commercial property buildings. May i know if Oxley Tower is available for purchase, how long the lease is available for, and what is the rental yield like for office & retail shops.

Dear Mr Rushdy,

Oxley Tower has 32-storey, comprising 3-storey of podium and 29-storey of office tower. If your buyer wish to buy the entire building, we need to speak to the developer if they are willing to sell all at one go.
